I bought couches from the Alberton Branch and i was told they have the scotch guard for R299. I asked for it. my dad went to pay the Monday as there was no electricity on the Friday when we went there. Only to find out it isnt scotch guard but Master guard. Then the couch started sagging and seemed like the cushioning started coming out. I complained. Last week Friday i was contacted by Thandi who told me the drivers are there to deliver new couches to my house and what was my address. As if they didnt have it on their system since they did deliver. She then dropped the call down in my ear. On Monday, not known to me the drivers were at my gate and they contacted my dad and not myself. My dad went around to my house, they made him sign something and took the couches without warning me or asking me or even telling me when can i expect it back. I have been contacting their head office and the Store Manager, they have not done anything as yet to even tell me when is the couches expected to come back. Myself and my kids are sitting on the cold floor as we dont have couches now for 5 days. They have not made any attempt to fix this and maybe give me a loan couch or anything. I will never buy anything from them again. They are ********** and *****.
