***** Alert - Russells

***** Alert! I bought furniture at Russells and their consultant charged me for items I did not ask for and told me it's compulsory for me to buy these items if I'm buying the furniture I'm buying. I later found out these were lies and after I reported this ***** to Russells they didn't even bother apologizing or anything of that sort, they just removed the items and continued to deduct their installments. I hate this store, I honestly wish I didn't have a relationship with them. The lady who *****ed me is still working there and probably still doing what she had been. Russells didn't seem to be bothered by this. I would advise you guys to double check your statements to make sure you're not paying for things you don't need nor asked for.
