Worst people in the world to deal with. Firstly they debited my account instead of my wife's account. My wife opened an account not me. When I questioned them they just brushed it off and didn't give me any feedback. My wife and I app**** for a bond recently and was declined due to us having an outstanding payment with Russell's. I called them only to find out that they are offline and cannot help. I wish I never dealt with these ********** ever
