Four weeks and no complain resolved

I bought a lounge suit from Russels Wonderpark. Excellent service from the sales lady and delivery on the same day. With delivery I saw that the single seat has white marks and it don't want to recline Phoned the store next morning to lodge a complaint. The lady told me to take photos and video and send it to them. After I send everything she told me that she lodge the complain and she send me a reference number. That was four weeks ago and the complain is not yet been resolved. After numerous phone calls I asked for a refund and I was told that the complaint was approved and they will replace it with a new one, that was two weeks ago. I paid cash not even on lease. Still waiting for either replacement or refund.
