Fochville Russells must close because of very very poor services

Russells Fochville. I Have give my TV in for Russells Desember 2022. every time till now 13 February 2023 no repairs or what so ever have been done. I pay insurence that I took with my TV when I have bought it on contract. I still pay my monthly fee but dont have a TV . Now I pay to have nothing. Who can help me pls. Even have the pictures where I dropt the tv off in the shop becuase they never have transport. Insurance is to fix the TV or replace it. They didnt even give me my contract when I finishd signed my contract on Jully 2021.
