Fix your fault.

Last year November i bought a wardrobe at Russells klerksdorp,they told me it has a 2yr warranty,to my suprise the door of wardrobd fell and one of the dividers was loose. I logged a complain with them on April just within 6months they asked me to send them picturesof the wardrobe i did,when i call them a momth later without hearing a thing from them they tell me to send a picture of samp i did that,nou its July i call them to hear y they have not yet to date yhey have noy sent spmeone to fix the wardrobe im told its my fault it due to my negligence,worse part i gad tp call heard office cos at klerksdorp branch they are ignoring me no one wang tp talk to me,im on pain. I just promised myself i wont buy anything at Russels i wont even recomend it to anyone they dont know how to keep clients happy,they omly want money in their pockets thats all.i really want them to come fix the wardrobe.
