Fed up with this store

bought a bunk bed waited n waited for delivery it never came after making a call only then I was told I was supposed to pay for it I then had to make my own arrangements as I didn't have money in doing so I also had to assembly the bed myself I was told it's easy and that everything I will need was inside the boxes but when I got home the was no guide and no *****s only rods with holes
