Fed Up

I placed an on the pn the 31st of March and I was promised it will delivered on the 2nd of April which didn't happened received a sms saying it will be delivered on the 4th of April, til date I'm still waiting for my parcel to delivered, been calling on a daily. I'm not getting a solid response being promised management calls, no emails, no calls no communication what so ever.They communication is the worst. I took two days off work for this. I wonder how you Will say sorry for this inconvenience. I've sent personal emails to managers still no response. It been a drag and draining I no longer have faith in these people it been 12 days in counting I'm helpless now
