FAULTY TELEVISION

I bought a Sansui 52 inch TV on the 20 of August 2021. The TV worked for a few weeks and then it started giving me problems, It had lines on the screen when I switched it on. I went to the store and they told me to bring it back. I took it back and I was told to wait for 21 days which I did. I went back and I was told by the manager to phone the Russells Complaints Line, I did that and the lady I spoke to told me to phone back again after 3 days. I phoned back again after 3 days and the other lady that I spoke to told me that the warehouses are closed therefore there is no feedback, I asked her when are they opening and she said she does not know.
