faulty lounge suite

Dear Hellopeter I have purchased a lounge suite at Russells promenade last year end november i got it in decemeber 1st week however in decemeber i went back 2 the store because i heard a noise when I sit to the back and get up i hear a noise gave them my story they said the warehouse will be close and open in january i said okay....january came thy picked up my lounge suite it was away for 3 weeks came back i discoverd the 3 seater the seat in the middle if i sit it dont does not support my back its like there is a whole in...I phoned the store again explained to the manager however he said i must come in so that he can show me same lounge suite and i must show him what the problem is showed him and on the lounge suitr in store is the same problem im having he called warehouse explained the problem 3 days later they came 2 fetch it. TOday they came to deliver it my lounge suite is not in the condition i send it away at the back of my couches i can see the wood the staplers is coming out its open its worse now i payin this lounge suite still on the 3 seater i can put my hand right through and my stuff can fall right through not like it was before im paying on this lounge suite still that was R8000 i meab it wasnt a R800 wen talking about alota money and definetly didnt get value for money
