False hope, time wasting no customer service

<p>I called wynberg branch regarding the 13 piece monarch pot set. I was told by Jeremy their was enough I requested one he said it's fine. I called a cab to take me their when I arrived they told me they can't sell me any and the manager is not their I made a manual payment Jeremy told me he will deliver it by 6pm. 6 pm came I never heard anything I called the store no answer the next morning he called and advise he will sort it out by this after I as aid its fine I will come in when I came in he spoke to the manager she spoke to him like I was not even their I was told I can't have it their is stock which I paid for but I couldn't have it. I wasted my time and money by going their I have concluded and I will never purchase at any of the stores again. Mr Orrie however from retreat was great he managed to help me. </p>
