False delivery times

I have been having issues with buying a bed with this group exhausting all available payment methods with no luck until I decided on cash only for me to be met with unprofessionalism from the driver that was supposed to deliver my order on the agreed date and time to the customer service that hung up on me when I was trying to lodge a complaint against the driver.
