FALSE ADVERTISING -RUSSELLS DBN VERULAM BRANCH

Bought a laptop from Russells Verulam on the 18 July 2020 Saturday It was a Connex 14’1 EduBook . Laptop specs says 2.4Ghz, However when I reached home and put on, processor was only 1.60Ghz. I tried calling the store but they had closed. I went back on Monday and returned laptop, Was told Manager on sick leave, when i bought product, No manager was require. Up till today 23/07/2020, haven't received any feedback from Store. Called back today 21/07/2020 Tuesday and was advised Manager not well and very sick, wont be back anytime soon. How do I go forward with this. I only want my money back now thats all- FALSE ADVERTISING.
