False Advertising and Poor Service

I am very disappointed with Russells. I recently went online to view Diningroom Suites on their website. I found one that I liked and decided to request a layby online. A few days later I received an email stating that the item is no longer available and has been discontinued.

I had been on Russells website for about 2 months checking for specials and for any new items, the day there was a new item and at a good price it is now conveniently discontinued. After emails to Russells all I get is it has been discontinued, and pictures of other diningroom suites sent that are way out of my budget and not my taste.

To date Russells is still contacting me to explain how an item can be advertised on their website yet its not available. I left my cellphone number but still no call, they then ask for an alternative number as they have tried calling me with no success (another fabrication from Rusells).

Poor and shoddy service from this furniture store and certainly no regard for their customers.
