False advertising

On the 22nd August we went out to Joshua Doore in Temba city to buy a laptop, Hisense phone and bicycle for the little one, the laptop in question is an acer which was advertised with a carrybag and a Phablet.Upon Opening the laptop box we realised that the phablet was a wifi tablet and couldn't be used with a sim card, the hisense smartphone had no airtime as promised on the catalogue (R100 airtime) on Monday we went to the store spoke to daniel and complained about the tablet , smartphone and also the bicycle which we were told that they will be raising an STO to get it from Russells, Daniel said he will call us back when the electricity was back.We called after the electricity was back and again Daniel promised to call which he never did.we then called the Stock clerk Cathrine thats when she told my sister she doesn't know anything and said she will check, nothing from her too.We feel like they got a deal and dont care about after service, We know about customer service since we worked for the JD group before and this treatment we getting will cause problems for the companies bottom line.We need our complaints to be taken seriously and sorted out since we use our airtime and car
