Failing to deliver

<p>I laybyed acer bundle last year and got it this year, I think it was in April. I used it for about three weeks then it stopped working. I returned it to the shop, I was told to wait for a call. I went back several times to the shop i Kokstad KZN and met with the mananger . She told me that she's trying to fix things shevwill call me. Untill now I have not heard from her and still have not received the phone or any compensation to cover for that phone. Now the shop is closed I don't know what to do anymore.</p>
