Fail to Repair Broken Montani Couches

I bought a 3 piece lounge set from Russels Upington, that broke within the warranty period. The manufacturer send the item to an unknown source to repair the furniture. After 3 months of waiting they send it back with a different problem. The bigger problem is now the other couches is also broken and it is taking ages to get the store to fix this. My ref that I received today for this to be fixed is Ru/Mo/***.
