Extremely poor service from Russels in Boksburg

I purchased a few furniture items and electrical appliances from Russels in Boksburg in December 2021. The items were delivered to me in January. Among these items was a Defy fridge which was faulty after being delivered. The fridge makes the weirdest and loudest sounds sometimes. This is annoying and disturbing. I have been going to and from with the store since January to repair or to replace the Defy fridge and nothing is being done about my complaint from defy
