Extremely poor service

I bought couches last year from Russels Liberty promenade and paid for assembling, however when the delivery guys came with the couches they didnt have a ***** driver to ***** in the couches legs. They requested that l borrow them my bread knife to assembly and l asked if this wont be a problem going forward and they said if l experience any problems l should report it to the store. The couche's legs are now broken, l presume from the poor assembling that was done and l went in store to report this problem on the 3rd of February,left my details with consultants telling me someone would be intouch soon to fix this and nobody ever contacted me. I went back to the same store on the 15th of February and still to date nobody has made contact. This is extremely disappointing because when they want your sale they treat you well, however when you are sitting with their damaged goods due to their own doing no one cares.
