Extremely Disappointed with the service

<p>On the 28.05.2016 i went into the store and purchased a bed, 50inch tv and surround sound to the value of R20736.00.</p> <p>The items were scheduled to be delivered within 48hours. Today is the 10.06.2016 which is 13 days later and I have ONLY received the bed and tv which was delived on the 08.06.2016. My wife has also been diagnosed with meningitis due to us having to sleep on the floor during the ridiculously coldnights. I have been constantly contacting the store and have heard a thousand excuses and empty promises. </p> <p>I did not in my wildest dreams expect the customer service to be so appauling. I am still waiting for the store to make contact with me and I would like comsumers out there to be aware of the pathetic service our local store, Joshua Doore offers. PLEASE stay AWAY!!!!!</p>
