Empty Promises and bad services

<p>I laybyed a few Items at Russels In Arcadia, I was assisted bt a very proffessional lady by the name of Tsakane, Unfornately Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel the laybye. The requested document were submitted on the 10th of June. I was promised that The refund money would be in my Account on Thurday the 15th. </p> <p>I called in on monday to followup on my refund, THe lady by the name of Zandile from Account was handling my refund. She promised me on Tuesday the 20th that the money will be in my account within three days,. </p> <p>I called againg today friday, 23 enquiring about my refund at around 08:30, She had the audecity to tell me that she is busy to deal with my matter now she will call me later. As usual she promises to call and never fulfills. </p> <p>I am dissappointed with her service, especially not prioritising my request.
