Empty delivery promises

Ordered couches on the 29 Nov 2025 and was promised delivery on the 3rd Dec so I cleared my day and made arrangements to receive it but nothing came. I called in and was reassured that the couch will be delivered on the 5th and again nothing came. The tracking has not be updated since the purchase and there is no communication whatsoever except empty promises of delivery via sms. I am very frustrated and worried about the condition of the couch. I feel like I have been ****med.
