eft payments not updated

<p>I'm living a nightmare because of this company, I have been making payments via eft but it has not been updated, every time I make a payment I send proof of payment but they do not update now my account has been handed over due to their incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the love of God can u please update my payment if been sent from pillar to post can any sane person help me at this institution.</p>
