Edblo 153 cm (Queen)

I lodged a complaint at Russells Sebokeng in February since I wasn't happy about the Edblo Beryl 152cm (Queen) which I bought in December 2020. After waiting a couple of months after going to the store to lodge my complain I decided to call the head office beginning of May and a week after I got a call saying that they will deliver a new bed. 3 weeks later and nothing has happened so I called the head office last week and they told me to call the store, so I did that and at the store they asked me to leave my number and told me they will get back to me since Wednesday this week and I still haven't heard from Russells Sebokeng.
