DSTV INSTALLATION

Yesterday afternoon I went to Russels in Daveyton and I paid R800 for the DSTV and a decoder. Mpho the salesman promised me that the installation will be done the same day which was 27/10/2015. I left work early as Mpho said the installtion will be done at 17h30 as I work in Boksburg and stay in Tembisa.From 17h30 yesterday I've been calling Mpho and the technician who was suppose to install my DSTV. They said it will be done today(27/10/2015) up until the technician said he won't make it as he's already in Springs etc. I called Mpho and told him that I'll go and buy the DSTV somewhere else as I hate empty promises. They didn't even bother to call me and update me as I'm the one who's been calling them.<br> <br> Mpho called me in the morning around 8h00 today 28/10/2015. He told me that the technician is on his way to Tembisa from Daveyton. So he should be in Tembisa in the next hour. I made an arrangement for someone to wait for the technician and the technician has still not arrived as it is after 13h00 now. I then called their Head office after Mpho gave me an attitude over the phone. Their manager called and said the technician had a problem. What an EXCELLENT SERVICE
