Driver Shouts at Customer

My bed was supposed to be delivered on 16 December 2015 before 12h00. I waited and even phoned their depot twice, but they are still getting back to me. I left home and at 17h00 the driver phoned me to say he is standing in front of my door. By the time I got home he left, when I phoned him he said we had to wait long for me and so he decided to leave. I told him I had to wait 5hrs for him, this is when he started shouting at me \DON'T TELL ME ABOUT WAITING FOR 5HRS, I HAD OTHER DELIVERIES\". I feel this is very unprofessional and rude!!!<br> <br> I have reported the incident twice
