Don’t Order Online, they don’t deliver!!!

Your online tracking system doesn’t work. You called me and said you were gona deliver my order on Monday and today it’s Thursday, no delivery! I have been complaining regarding my order but your online department can’t even get back to me. Am so disappointed this is the first and the last time I order from Russells. I will never make this mistake again. Placed this order on the 8th of August and today it’s the 20th. If you can’t deliver it tomorrow am taking you to the Ombudsman!
