DONT EVER EVER BUY FROM RUSSELLS .

I dont want to give it a star but seems I have to .. what a terrible terrible place .. I made the mistake of buying a pair of trestle tables online ..I have tried to track these .. if you ring the published telephone number and ask them to check on the order [ the promised tracking app doesn't work ] you are told that they dont have a telephone number for the warehouse ??? .. I wrote an email asking for my money back as I just know I am never getting these items and need them desperately and received a stock response telling me that they will be open after lockdown ??? how on earth does lockdown affect this vile company ?? no alcohol sales ?? no access to beaches and parks ? and a nighttime curfew .. are they mad ??? .. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ******** .
