Dont buy from Russells.

I am furious with Russell's head office. I app**** for credit last week, which I was approved for. Then I could not make the deposit they required as it was mid-month. So I decided to buy the one item out of the three I wanted. Yesterday, I was told to reapply for this. Today, after more than an hour, a lady from Russells called me from head office; her name was Anna, or something rather. Very rude and condescending. She said my payslip and bank statement payout do not correspond. Clearly, ma'am, you can't read a Bank statement. How on earth can I be approved and the next day, with less credit, have issues? She should not be working in finance; she is not qualified.
