I purchased a Monarch Cozy Nights Bishop Mattress from Russels Online. This is advertised as " firm comfort yet soft and gentle to the touch with great support and longevity, catering for a firm but comfortable sleeping experience" After 2 hours of trying to find a way of sleeping on this mattress without being poked by at least 3 springs at any time, I eventually gave up trying.

I would have been quite happy to have paid in more and exchanged it for something better. However, after now going onto the 5th working day of sending mails, phoning the JD call center and being told "someone from the relevant department will contact me", I am now trying to get them to collect it and will never buy anything from the JD group again. They obviously don't have a clue what customer service entails and it must be beneath them to have the courtesy to simply pick up the phone and get back to someone.
