Don't answers their phones

My mother had both me a fridge on Saturday they said that they wil deliver the fridge on Monday..The people at my house said that they still didn't deliver my fridge I have been called many times and the fone just ring and goes over to voice mail.I just want to know when they wil deliver my fridge
