DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP, YOU WILL BE DECLINED

Recently I app**** for credit at Joshua door in the Phx plaza which got approved for 23k<br> On the 21/11 I went to the shop on time to pick a lounge set before the warehouse closes at 12, only to be told I cannot take it same time and I should wait for head office to approve the deal.After completing the paper work I left the shop and headed home, I then realised they have over charged me, I had to go back and rectify this. & what is this that you have to pay for delivery? I have my own van, I could have picked up myself, but I had to pay for delivery if I wanted the set,4days later & I was still waiting for the approval.I do not understand the concept of approving the credit but not the deal, After contacting the manager I was told that the deal was cancelled bcz of an outstanding debt with another a/c, so who approved the credit in the 1st place and why was my time wasted? u guys gave false hopes, If the credit was initially unsuccessful then I wouldn't have already decorated my house in my mind with a set I never got!Instead u approved the credit,I chose the set,signed a ton of papers all for nothing & till today I got no apology,Thanks a lot JD I will not be buying from u ever!<br>
