Hello Peter, I bought a kitchen scheme, wardrobe and a four plate stove at Russells in gugulethu in cape Town cash, it took the whole week for my furniture to be delivered I kept on going to the store and to ask when they gonna deliver they gave me the run around, after some time they delivered but the door handle for the kitchen scheme was not there and my stove was not there when I asked where is the stove they said they gave the stove to another customer but what about me who paid cash. R11900? After 3 days I got the stove and they hired a cab for my stove because they didn't have transportation, even the previous guys who delivered my cupboard gave me grief in front of the neighbours and demanded money from me for delivery I told him I already paid R460 for delivery, turns out the delivery was R250, the saleslady whose name is Julia took my money which is R210, when I complained they said I shouldn't speak English in front of the managers we must speak outside not knowing that they were playing me all of them.
