Do not use this company!

This has been the absolute worst service received. I placed and online order for a bed - all went well and my account was credited with the full amount. 2 weeks later no response, I proceeded to lay a formal complaint with the company. Again no answer. A week later I decide to call in only to be told they are out of stock of the item. Mind you I received no communication from the company since the start of my transaction, I am the one having to call in or send emails each time.

Moving on I leave a comment on their Facebook page stating my bad experience on the 26th August. The following day I receive an email advising my refund request has been received and it will reflect within 5 working days. Today is the 5th working day.

Have I received the refund? NO! I sent an email again this morning, did I receive a response? NO! I left a message again on Facebook did I receive a response? NO!

This company is the absolute worst. I will not stop shaming them until I receive my funds. This is utter nonsense. They were quick to collect my cash now I need to fight to get it back!
