DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS AT JOSUA DOORE

I am a VERY unhappy client. About 3 months ago I purchased kitchen suits and sofas both for R26000 at Jousua Doore West street in Durban. But when goods were delivered one of the sofas was already damaged. I laid a complaint about over 5 times even wrote to their head office and nothing was done and there was no reply. Until only 8 day ago they phoned me and said they would come fetch the damaged sofa to get it repaired. I told them to fetch it but they must not bring a repaired one cause I mean <br> HOW THE ****** HELL DO YOU REPAIR NEW GOODS??? WHEN YOU DELIVERED IT DAMAGED ALREADY?? AND THEY WERE TOO QUICK TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY MUST BE HAPPY AND I MUST NOT?! SO THEY CAME TO FETCH THE SOFA AND ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW & THEY HAVEN'T BROUGHT IT BACK. I'M GUESSING THEY ARE STILL REPAIRING IT. I HATE THIS STORE WITH EVERY INCH OF MY BODY CAUSE OF THEIR EXTREME POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
