*DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RUSSELLS-Lying drivers!!!!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I bought a bed at Russells *BEFORE* I read the reviews here, I hoped that I would have a different experience but OMG!!!!!!!!! I've had ****ty service before but Russells and whichever courier company they use takes the mother ****ing cup!!!

The bed was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 12 April before 5pm as their website states and misleading call centre agents claim! On day of delivery literally everything went quiet, no updates on email, sms, whatsapp, telephonic *ZERO COMMUNICATION*!!! Nothing from drivers, call centre, nothing!!!!! So I thought they had rescheduled my delivery (without my mother ****ing consent!!!!!!) But I got an unexpected *LATE AND LAME* call from a driver at 15:18, 12 April letting me know that "they have lots of things to deliver" so they would arrive after 5pm?!!! ***?!!!!

That useless man got my mother ****ing hopes up for nothing. I rushed home and got there around 17:15. Waited without any updates and called him at 17:42 only for him *TO LIE TO ME *AGAIN* !!!!! I asked him if he was sure that they'd deliver that evening and he said "We won't dissapoint you", his exact words. I cannot believe that he **** to me this way, forget his morals/ values and his age, *HOW THE **** DO YOU LIE ON DUTY?!!!! No regard for your mother ****ing job or your company's image?!!! What ****es me off is that I was so patient with these guys, but they took advantage of my kindness.

On the first phone call he complained about having too much things to deliver so I said it's okay for them to deliver on Monday BUT he insisted and assured me that he'd deliver on the day! Went to the extent of making so many empty promises. I would have appreciated his honesty instead, to say that there is a possiblity that I wouldn't get my bed, I honestly would've understood that and not given away my old bed!!!!

I hate these drivers, call centre agents and whoever owns RUSSELLS!!!! You people are *PATHETIC*!! Beyond pathetic actually. No Mother ****ing regard or empathy for your customers, just out here treating us like ****!!!! **** you all!
