Dissatisfied and Disappointment
My Aunt bought me a L shape couch last year July at Russels. Dec the couch started to give problems it started to be saggy. Then I reported the issue early Jan. The couch was collected for inspection and as it was still under warranty I hoped they would exchange it. But instead they tried repairing it, which actually caused more damage after Desree advised me that the couch had a factory fault. So she said they could not exchange ot because ot had a stain. What's a stain compared to something that's faulty? The stain can be easily removed.
I informed the shop again after they brought it back that I was not happy as the threads were now visible. It was again collected. It was brought back after almost 2 weeks, they advised that it was fixed. But I am not happy that I'm now sitting with a couch that "was faulty" and that had to be fixed 2 times before a year ends. I feel ****** and I no longer want the couch. To me they are rejects!
I even called Desree, tried showing or explaining my side but I could hear that she was irritated and she would raise her voice at me and try to calm herself down and again speak in a inappropriate manner.
I am not happy at all with these Gomma Gomma couches. Same day they were brought back when I sat on the couch I felt a plank breaking once again. I am just tired of this couch and all the complains because it is clear that Russels warehouse is not willing to help me all they want is delay so that the warranty may end.
