Dissatisfied

I board coaches from joshau doors and i didnt receive them immediately, but it was on the floor damaged and they promised to fix them and Returned them in a excellent comdition , which was not the case and i had to send them back wich took some time for collectin and they returned them in a long period of time !! These coaches went in for repairs for more then 4 five times and i payed my account every mounth without delay!! They were begging me not to cancel since i received this poor serviceas i complaint and i was without these couches for period of 4 four months While being insurred , thats besides the other repair jobs that it went in for!!! The coaches were not even in my possession for the full 2 years and it was more at the repairs for the time ! I reported to my lawyers and joshau doors came to a conclusion that they will not repay my money back since they found that the coaches were repaired on all the call outs!! I was very un happy with the management and service delivery , but they just dont show any sympathy and empathy towords me as a Loyal client ! Im highly disappointed in the service and now they refuse to repay my money as the coaches was payed infull and there service was definitely not infull!! My lawyers is arguing there statement for not to refunding me and the matter was refered to the umbodsman!! Please help me in this regard !!
