Dissapointed with russells

Good Day. I bought a tv at russells in February 2024, the tv stopped working in September 2025, I reported it to the store, some guys came to look at it and confirm it was not working and told me to call the store to let them know they came to check the tv. I did that, i was then told i will get a replacement they are waiting on the supplier. that was the first week of september, even now im still waiting thers no feedback, when i call im told the manager will get back to me but she never does and i live far to go to the store in person, please help what can i do in this situation.
