Dissapointed on Russells

On the 23rd of December 2019 I bought a wardrobe at Rusells in Cofimvaba, they told me that they deliver within 48hours. Guess what, today is the 14th of January 2020 and I haven't received it, I even left EC come back to Joburg where i work. My intention was to leave the wardrobe home well packed with all the staff that has got no space to keep, but hey Rusells team is not delivering and that is very disappointing and disturbing.

After my follow ups they had the gut to call and tell me that the wadropes are not available in their workshop in East London, why was I told it would be delivered within 48hours then?
