Disgusting service from Russells online

The worst service I received from Russells, I ordered a sewing machine on 02 August ****en 2020 and instead of delivery they sending from pilar to post. I have 3 references for my complaint last lady I spoke with today at 3pm by the name of Jabu gave me the third reference.. delivery is supposed to take place within 10 days. My payment was received and now they’re failing to deliver a simple SEWING MACHINE. Your service is disgusting
