Disgusting service from Russells

The other day I did an online application and got an email stating I had been approved for credit & just had to take documents in which I did at the Verulam branch. When I got to the branch I was told I had to redo the application but the lady who was doing this had no idea what she was doing and then when we had completed the application she told me it had been sent for further decisions, I asked to speak to the branch manger and told her that I had received the mail saying I had been approved for credit and now this, and told her if there are going to be issues I would take the matter further to which she said that’s fine as nothing will be done (I mean really). Anyway the manager said she would call me first thing Monday morning which never happened I had to call her and now get told they lost all my documents and she would see what she could do to find them and come back to me. Wednesday I call the regional manager who to is of no help as she just plays post office and now head office wants my husbands details which send to them and ask her why I am having such an issue as I have an email from them saying credit approved!!!! They say they will get back to me but clearly they not interested and don’t want my business!!! So will be going elsewhere to get the items I am looking for, Russell’s is useless and they are ********ly saying you have been approved for credit but then give you the run around and don’t care about clients or the way they make them feel
