Disgusting Service

I ordered a bed online on the 25 Nov 20, to date I am still following up with them for delivery yet their website show that delivery will be in 3 to 10 days. I called the customer service a few times but the staff there knows nothing they are very ***********. This morning I called again I am being told that their system was updated that the customer wants a refund . I have never experienced such and I wonder how they are still in business with such incompetence and inefficiencies. I am so disgusted
