Disgusting service, did not want to follow Covid19 protocols

Russels delivery guys came in my house. One identify himself as Zwanele and ther other did not want to identify themselves. I asked zwanele to put his mask on, as he is putting me andy son as risk. These people started arguing with me about putting on the mask, and pointed ans shouted at me in my house. They did not even sanitize there hands when they walked in and my sanitizer is by my door. They argued and argued telling me I can report them nothing will happend to them. I feared for my life and my son... I report this to the manager at the promenade branch Eugene Theron he advised that they will see to matter. I asked him to give me follow up on what steps was taken... Eugene Theron advised that they can't do that. So, it came to me these people has been doing this and Measure was and actions took place. Now they refuse to get back to me.
