Disgusting service

I am disgusted in the service I have received or rather not received. I purchased a lounge suite and the 3 seater has a terrible noise when you sit on it. I have logged a complaint and it's been 2 weeks and no one gives me feedback. Every time I call them they say the complaint is in progress but nothing further is done. This is disgusting that I have to chase this up all the time .
