Disgusting service by Russells Jabulani Mall

I went to Russels and I bought a fridge on the 20 June and was told by Phindile the guy who works there that I will get it the day I bought it if I paid all the money cash, Upon arrival I paid R1800 for the fridge and the carpet .I was then told I will get the fridge and carpet on the 27th when I finish paying for it which was fine cause I hadn't paid the full amount. The 27th I paid it all and Phindile told me Il get the carpet on Monday, Monday became Tuesday, then the next day till now nothing. What annoys me is that they lying to me as a customer and not being honest that maybe they don't have stock or tell me what date they will deliver.. When I called him to tell him I want my cash back and have no interest of buying the carpet since they lying and don't value my money and service as a client he then said he will deliver this week still he will call me back./ He never did. I feel his behavior is unprofessional and he's making me feel like my money is no valued and they don't care how much airtime I waste calling for find out a date of when Il get my carpet. I supported Russell's and bought all my furniture there cash but no more. I paid all the money and yet they don't see th
