DISGUSTING SERVICE
<p>I PURCHASED A ROBE 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE WRONG ONE WAS DELIVERED. IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO FETCH AND I ASKED FOR MY REFUND. I HAVE RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR ALMOST 7 WEEKS...7 WEEKS...LETS NOT ARGUE ABOUT WHAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU. I WANT MY MONEY.</p>

why are you so quiet about this should we add another 2 months for this issue to be resolved? I am sick and tired of this, the day i will walk in to russells they will give me that money cash.
