Disgusting service

This company they don't take people serious, I bought a bed in 2019 Russells in DeAar first month the bed was making noise when we go back to the shop the shop is closed down I reached out to them on Facebook it's was last year 2020 they called me and asked me about the bed I even sent them the pictures of the bed, this people they sold us a used bed.

This lady who was assisting us told that her manager will call us then after he called we had pay 1 thousand something for the delivery till to this day they still delivering that bed please help me out I really don't know what to do anymore
