Disgusting customer experience

<p>Seriously russells, is this how you treat customers...you sell me an item that is out of stock and i only find out when i call around to find out where my delivery is...when i speak to your store manager Jullet Hallsley and ask what the way forward is, she tells me she does not know because she is waiting for stock....why are you selling out of stock items...doesnt your system have a stock handler that tells you how many items are remaining in the warehouse....i have paid now i want my bed. I have already thrown mine away and i am sleeping on the floor. Bring my bed !!!! what do you think this is?</p>
