Disgusted at service delivery at Russels verulam

I bought stuff from Russels on the 7 January on the 8th I went and paid the deposit I sat the whole day from Saturday 10 /01 till date did not receive goods.every an SMS is sent promising delivery on the day sms sen***** cost to call C's n even the store but with no help upd no delivery is done
